- (dtucker) [configure.ac openbsd-compat/Makefile.in
openbsd-compat/openbsd-compat.h openbsd-compat/strptime.c] Add strptime to the compat library which helps on platforms like old IRIX. Based on work by djm, tested by Tom Christensen.
